A commitment to quality
A production audit (vineyard and wine warehouse) is held every 5 years and the wines are tested every year before bottling, to guarantee ever-greater quality. Our winemakers are constantly seeking new ways to improve quality, making Saint-Emilion a living experimental laboratory for new techniques in the vineyard, in the winery and in terms of protecting the environment.
