The wines of Saint Emilion are composed of approximately 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. This magical blend of grape varieties, sprung from our famous soils, offers a rich and unique mix of aromas. Merlot provides flavours of red and black berries, as well as roundness and opulence; Cabernet Franc is the epitome of finesse and elegance; and finally Cabernet Sauvignon, with its refined tannins, allows the wine to age gracefully.

Now it's time to taste: take a small sip of wine and you should have an immediate impression of the presence or absence of the 4 core flavours (bitter, sour, sweet and salty).
